About sectally
Independent equity research, built on public data.
Our Mission
sectally exists to democratize access to SEC filing data. Institutional investors have long had dedicated teams to parse 10-K filings, cross-reference XBRL data, and build financial models. Individual investors have not. We aim to close that gap by publishing rigorously sourced research that anyone can read and verify.
Data Sources
Every data point published on sectally is traceable to a primary or secondary source. We do not use proprietary data feeds or unverifiable third-party estimates.
SEC EDGAR XBRL
Structured financial data extracted directly from audited annual (10-K) and quarterly (10-Q) filings.
Company Investor Relations
Earnings call transcripts, investor presentations, and verified press releases. Cross-referenced across at least two sources.
Model-Derived Inference
NLP-based sentiment scoring and algorithmic projections. Always explicitly labeled.
AI-Assisted Research Disclosure
sectally uses large language model (LLM) assistance in its editorial workflow. AI tools are used for data extraction, preliminary drafting, and structural analysis. All AI-generated content undergoes human editorial review, and every factual claim is verified against primary source data before publication. We believe transparency about our tools is essential to maintaining reader trust.
Editorial Team
Research is published under the sectally Equity Research Team. Our editorial process prioritizes data accuracy, source traceability, and compliance with fair-use standards. We do not publish individual analyst names to avoid any perception of personal bias in our research output.
Editorial Standards
Fact-Check Process
Every financial figure is verified against at least one primary source (SEC filing or official IR disclosure) before publication. Derived metrics include calculation methodology.

If you identify an error in any report, email hello@sectally.com with the report name, specific claim, and your source. Confirmed errors are corrected within 48 hours with a visible update note.
No Positions
sectally does not hold positions in any securities discussed. The editorial team does not trade on pre-publication research. See our full disclaimer for details.
No Issuer Compensation
sectally does not accept payment from any company for research coverage. Coverage decisions are made independently based on editorial interest and reader demand.
Update Cadence
